This website aims to connect the community and residents with each other.  Everyone can have a login account, which is free. Members of the website can post events to the calendar, notices to the corkboards, etc.

Non profit organizations and town departments are invited to set up an area on this website for free.  They can then post organization-specific information.

Local businesses may purchase banner advertisement space on the website. Rates are as low as $20/mo. Please contact Mik at (413) 320-5336 in regards to this new community website.

Montague WebWorks Community Projects

Montague WebWorks owns and operates several community portal properties in the Pioneer Valley:

• MontagueMA.net is the flagship community website, online since October 1999. Over 1,400 users and averages about 1,500 page views per day (about 3 million since inception!). Very local to the Montague, MA, area.
   
• GreenfieldMA.net was launched in January, 2009. Similar to MontagueMA.net but for neighboring Greenfield, MA, and the Franklin County area. Specializes in community calendar and non-profit online access.
   
• Leverett MA.net is the community corkboard for Leverett, MA. Launched in November of 2009.
   
• ShutesburyMA.net too!
   
• Northfield Bernardston MA.net in the BNCTV viewing area. Launched in November of 2009.
   
• Athol Orange MA.net -- Northeast Quabbin community. Launched in November of 2009.
   
• FiveCol-Soc.net is a member-only CraigsList-like website for the staff and faculty of the five colleges in Western Massachusetts, including Amherst College, Hampshire College, Smith College, Mt. Holyoke, and the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Launched in March, 2003; currently over 1,600 members and averages about 1,300 page views per day.
   
• HillTownConnect.com was launched by JWDewitt Communications Group for the Quabbin Region Hill towns of Wendell, Shutesbury and New Salem.
   
• HampMusic.com is the premier website for the local music and entertainment scene in Hampshire County, the lower Pioneer Valley in Western Massachusetts. Launched in March 2009, it will quickly reach several thousand users and multiple thousands of views per day.

• Live Music News And Reviews.com -- Reviews and news about music in Western Massachusetts.
   
• PublicationArchive.com is a labor of love, launched in 2003. As of August, 2011, the website stores over 35,000 newspaper articles from the Greenfield Courier and Gazette dating from 1871 through 1875. Full text search of all articles.
